At Dezine Kids, your satisfaction means everything to us. We always aim to deliver products in perfect condition, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help and make the process as smooth as possible.
Easy 7-Day Exchange Window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product should be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- With all seals & tags intact
- Along with your proof of purchase
This helps us ensure the product reaches the next customer safely and hygienically.
How to Start an Exchange
Simply email us at info@dezinekids.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8505993079 and our team will guide you through the process.
Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.
Please remember, items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Exchanges are available on products marked “Easy Exchange” and depend on stock availability.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
Oh no — that’s not what we want!
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review it quickly and make it right.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us resolve damage or missing item claims faster, we kindly ask for a continuous unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) showing the sealed package and the issue.
This helps us process your request fairly and quickly.
Claims without video proof may not be approved.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use or sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us before placing your order — we’re happy to help.
Reverse Pickup Support
If you’d like us to arrange a reverse pickup, we can do that for you. A small ₹300 logistics fee will be adjusted from your refund. You may also ship the item back yourself if preferred.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, so the amount is credited back to the same account used during checkout. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

- Only the product value is refunded
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Credit is processed within 7 working days
- Standard payment/processing and shipping deductions may apply
